One Billion Rising celebrates V-Day in New Mexico

Today, One Billion Rising—part of V-Day, the global movement to end violence against women and girls—stormed New Mexico's state capitol with speeches, solidarity and hundreds of men, women and children dancing.

For the rest of the day, they'll be in the Railyard for various activities, culminating in another community dance tonight. For more information on One Billion Rising in Santa Fe, read this week's cover story.
