There are many ways to get pulled over. Some, such as an out taillight, are complete accidents. Others, like blowing a stop sign, are reckless. The worst reason to get pulled over, however, is on purpose. Case in point: the car in this week's Eyedropper.

It's not that the Eyedropper has 420 hate or something, but put "420LOVE" on your license plate and then add some inexplicable duct tape to your car, and we pretty much hope you get pulled over. That's what you want, right?
