Pink Adobe

With items ranging from Americana to Creole to Mexican, the menu selection at The Pink Adobe is eclectic, to say the least. Even more impressive is that the Southwest makes an imprint on nearly every entrée, whether it's lamp chops served with jalapeño mint jelly or grilled yellowfin tuna with tomatillo salsa, wild rice and cilantro. And while there's arguably no dish that's more of an American cuisine staple than meat and potatoes,

the Pink has reimagined the classic dish via its Steak Dunigan. Served with a browned potato and featuring charred NY strip with sautéed mushrooms and green chile, the Pink Adobe gives steak and potatoes some much needed Southwestern kick. Better yet, the steak is exquisitely tender. The grilled salmon exhibits regional flair as well, served with green chile beurre blanc sauce, polenta topped with roasted peppers and bleu cheese and grilled marinated asparagus. Close the meal in ecstasy with French apple pie, complete with rum and ice cream.
