New Mexico Reports 1,266 New COVID-19 Cases

State also announces 38 more deaths

New Mexico health officials today reported 1,266 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the statewide total so far to 161,805. Of those, the health department has reported 84,015 as recovered.

Bernalillo County had 291 new cases, followed by 190 in Doña Ana County and 89 in San Juan County. Santa Fe County had 59 new cases today.

The state also announced 38 additional deaths; there have now been 2,874. fatalities.

As of today, 670 people are hospitalized with COVID-19.*
