New Mexico Reports 1,684 New COVID-19 Cases

New Mexico health officials today reported 1,684 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the statewide total so far to 142,864. Of those, the health department has designated 65,533 as recovered

Bernalillo County had 434 new cases, followed by San Juan County with 196 and Sandoval County with 121. Santa Fe County had 75 cases today.

The state also announced 41 additional death, including a woman from Santa Fe County who was in her 80s and hospitalized. There have now been 2,477 fatalities statewide.

As of today, 803 people are hospitalized with COVID-19.*
