Season 3 Episode 10: The Development of Midtown

One of the Midtown development partners weighs in on the future of the property

Even during a pandemic, the future of the Midtown property in Santa Fe is a big deal. It’s basically this plot of land with a bunch of buildings on it that used to be a lot of other things.

Since COVID-19, the property has been used to house homeless people during stay-at-home orders. That's not likely to last as the pandemic numbers eventually fade and developers want to make their money.  In this episode, editor Julie Ann Grimm interviews Mike Loftin of Homewise about the project.
