Seed of the Heart
This photo was taken in my old kitchen as I was actively healing from an eating disorder. In preparing my meals, I began to remember the importance and enjoyment of playing with my food. Surrounding the "heart beet" with a forest of kale gave me an inner sense of being supported by nature, and reminded me that there is beauty in any given moment.
