Did Gary Smith's Tire-Slashing Career Start in Texas?

In Jan. 2013, former Republican congressional candidate Gary Smith was arrested for allegedly slashing other Republicans' tires, including those of his former primary opponent Janice Arnold-Jones. Since then, SFR is the first to obtain footage showing what Smith's former neighbors in El Paso, Texas, allege is a video of him stabbing their tires. Between 2008 and 2012, the neighbors filed multiple police reports accusing Smith of repeatedly "ice picking" their tires; trying to set their house on fire; and even stabbing one of them. They took this video in Feb. 2012, on the night of the alleged stabbing.
