This three day festival celebrates the 10th anniversary of multilingual theater Teatro Paraguas with a weekend of workshops for all art expressions including monologues and oral-history plays. The festival's core event, the Community Conversation is an informal town-hall style meeting on the future of the arts, where all are invited.
