It’s that time again on the civic-duty calendar, which means you should get out and vote. Spice up New Mexico’s general election in this non-presidential-election year with an SFR-sponsored showing at CCA of The Power of Nightmares. Adam Curtis’ 2005 BBC documentary series, explores the parallel growth, beginning in the 1940s and ’50s, of American neoconservatism and radical Islamic movements. Shown in one sitting, the screening is followed by dialogue, commentary and analysis. SFR columnist and web editor Zane Fischer will present the The Power of Nightmares
