Weekly Word: Emily Kaltenbach and SFR's Public Records Woes

By Joey Peters
Weekly-Word.widea

On this week's podcast, we talk with Emily Kaltenbach of the Drug Policy Alliance and give the latest updates on SFR's ongoing public records battle with Gov. Susana Martinez.

Kaltenbach, who's the state director of the Drug Policy Alliance, speaks about how her organization is supporting a bill that would provide funding for a drug that reverses overdoses. DPA is also backing a bill that would study the economic effects of legalizing marijuana and another measure that would reduce penalties for marijuana possession.

Later on, co-host Joey Peters updates co-host Matthew Reichbach on the latest updates in SFR's battle for public records from the governor's office. Read about it here.
