The cold weather made the Tea Party rally fairly small.    In the media room, journalists glimpse down at the lawmakers on the floor.   Rep. Sheryl Williams Stapleton, D-Bernalillo, is dressed nicely for the event.   House Speaker Kenny Martinez, D-Grants, likes his new digs.   Speaker Martinez embraces former House Minority Leader Tom Taylor, R-San Juan. New Senate Pro Tem Mary Kay Papen, D-Doña Ana, likes her new digs. Here, Papen isn't posing for me, but for the cameraman next to me.   It's the main event!  The boss at work. Sens. Tom Udall and Martin Heinrich watch Gov. Susana Martinez' State of the State. Gov. Martinez is jovial after her speech.
