Local musician Andrew Davey, best-known as a member of local rock act The Strange, passed away sometime last night. The events surrounding his death are not known at this time. "We aren't exactly sure what happened just yet, but we are all obviously very saddened," the band's guitarist Justin Lindsay tells SFR. "Andrew was a very special guy."

I'm really sorry to hear that, may he rest in peace. He really was an amazing person.
It's been two weeks. Why no update yet?
Has there been any updates or cause of death?
I heard he Od'd on pills (suicide). Even did it at someone else's pad. I wish the Reporter could share some verified info.
He hung himself in his house. His mother, brother, & grandparents confirmed this immediately to me after the incident. RIP Andrew.
