Tomorrow, young women of color will premiere films they've produced as part of the New Mexico Media Literacy Project's Girl Tech Collective, a year-long training in media and reproductive justice.

According to MLP, “reproductive justice will be achieved when everyone has the power and resources to make healthy, informed, non-coerced decisions about their bodies, sexuality and families.”)

Below, watch one of the six short films scheduled for screening on Wednesday, Nov. 9, from 6-8 pm in Albuquerque. Click here for more information and directions.

Though Girl Tech Collective is currently operates only in Albuquerque, MLP Strategic Communications Director Hakim Bellamy tells SFR he’s interested in bringing the project to Santa Fe.

Check back tomorrow for SFR's coverage on sex education in New Mexico
