VIDEO: Tea party rally welcomes special session

The protestors showed their disdain for the state's driver's license law

 Right before the special redistricting session took off, a tea party rally outside the Roundhouse focused on repealing a law that allows foreign nationals state driver's licenses. Click here to watch the video.

The rally almost exclusively focused on the driver's license controversy. House Speaker Ben Luján (D-Santa Fe) said redistricting will take priority, but that Gov. Susana Martinez's list of items will be considered.
