Updated 10 am: From Santa Fean Michael Zeiler, an excellent (if haunting) night video of the Las Conchas fire, most recently estimated at 92,735 acres.
The Las Conchas fire grew again last night, but officials at Los Alamos National Laboratory say backburning on the lab's 36-square-mile property was successful in keeping the wildfire at bay.
According to a statement, Los Alamos Fire Chief Doug Tucker estimates a "less than 10 percent chance" that spot fires will start on lab property. (Click here for LANL's video of the preventive burning.)
