The folks over at Outside Magazine are hosting a big survey to determine which of 10 finalists is the "Best Town Ever." Poor Santa Fe is ranked dead last, either because nobody likes it here or because we only have 414 residents. So go vote!

Then again, perhaps the problem is that the poll is on Facebook--meaning you basically have to kiss your privacy goodbye and sign over all your rights to evil boy-genius Mark Zuckerberg. 

Still, how is it we have less than one-tenth of the votes for Chattanooga, TN--according to Forbes, the fifth-worst city in the country for allergies?!

And Tucson! Tucson! 

I mean, I guess what Outside readers are saying is that they totally dig carrying around a birth certificate, Social Security card and two forms of government-issued photo ID--but me? I'm into New Mexico.
