Across the street from Tune-Up Café is a building that severely wants to be rented--as anything. Don't know what that anything is? No sweat. The real estate company has a few suggestions.

Apparently this real estate company is a little overzealous to get this place rented and is big on underestimating people's mental capacities.

The Eyedropper's favorite suggestion is "Your Best Idea." Really? As opposed to "Your Worst Idea" or "Your Mediocre Idea"?  Or maybe a combination of everything would be best. This new mega-business could be like Body of Santa Fe, if Body had antiques.
