Documents Give Detailed Accounting Of Controversial SIC Expenses

By Corey Pein
For posterity's sake, here are the presentations given to the New Mexico Senate Judiciary Committee last night by Legislative Finance Committee financial economist Dan White and State Investment Council general counsel Bryan Augustin Otero.

White's presentation details, among other things, the growing legal expenses incurred by the SIC.

Otero puts forward the SIC's position on that and a number of timely topics, like the Frank Foy/Vanderbilt pay-to-play case. Foy's attorney had accused the SIC of "stonewalling" on document requests.
