Scott Owens: How to Follow the Case

Scott Owens, the driver of the Jeep Cherokee involved in the accident that took the lives of four teenager over the weekend and put a forth in the hospital, made his first court appearance on Tuesday. We have a story about what happened on our main site, which you can access

The page will be updated relatively quickly after new documents are filed and new court dates are set. The hard copy of the case file is currently in Santa Fe Magistrate Court until prosecutors refile it in district court.
