Scoots Up, Winter Down

Sign of the times, sign of the weather: the Santa Fe Scooter Club has announced its first group ride of the year.

"I've been resisting writing this email for a while because I knew that a few days of nice weather doesn't mean that the 'winter' is over, regardless of what that marmot in Punxsutawney saw," club co-founder Luis Sánchez writes to the group via e-mail. "I think we should get out and stretch our riding legs. Anyway, nothing big. It's gonna be nice over the weekend."

Scooter riders should roll up to the Plaza at around 11am this Saturday for a ride downtown and around the St John's College area. The club--open to all--will also discuss possible future rides.

For more info, shoot an e-mail to: santafescooterclub@gmail.com.

I'll probably be there...and my little dog too.
