Governor Bill Richardson is tweeting from Rome, where's getting all kinds of accolade for abolishing the death penalty. Oh wait. He didn't actually abolish it...he refused to commute the sentences of the two guys already facing death despite his own admission that the justice system is inherently flawed. Oh well. When in Rome...pretend you went all the way.
