Another thing you can blame Sapien for.

By SFR Staff

Yesterday, the New Mexico Senate decided to have a little fun and introduced legislation to allow Senators to use blow up dummies to sit in their places during committee hearings and floor sessions.

That dummy is in Senate President Pro Tem Timothy Z. Jennings' seat. And that's Sens John Sapien, Peter Wirth and John Arthur Smith chilling behind the inflatable lawmakers. (Picture courtesy of Gwyneth Doland at the New Mexico Independent.)

Thing is, because of Sapiens' install-in-the-back Web camera, no one at home could see how much time their elected official were wasting. Completely. Outside. The. Frame.

THE NEW MEXICO SENATE: IT'S AN INSIDE JOKE.
