Way back in Dec. 2007, I scored a telephone interview with Carlos Alazraqui, Sgt. Garcia from Reno 911 and voice of the Taco Bell chihuahua. The comedian was on the trail in Nevada, campaigning for Richardson*.

I couldn't help myself...I got the Taco Bell chihuahua to go on record endorsing Richardson**:



Yeah, the editing equivalent of finger paint, I know. I think I've come a long way.

Anyhow, the reason I'm bringing this up again is that the YouTube page for the video received its second comment, and I think, compared with the first, it kinda captures Richardson's fall from grace.

One year ago, right after the video was posted, a guy named TimelordR commented:

"Yo queiro Bill Richardson para el Presidente!"

This evening, a guy named Bigjohnnywad wrote:

"Bill Richardson what a fucking loser."

Wow. Yeah. Richardson has some work to do on his brand.
