Eyedropper

By Rani Molla

The City Different is sometimes just the City Strange.

Be it fur-clad women buying fair-trade vegetarian entrees in Whole Foods, red-headed ninjas duking it out with the Cross of the Martyrs or the donning of the Texas Sandal Boot, Santa Fe is full of the unlikely, the unpleasant and sometimes the simply misunderstood.

Too often Santa Fe's high-caliber visual oddities have slipped under the radar. But not for long. The Eyedropper will document the overblown, the eccentric, the annoying and will explicate/annotate accordingly.

Show us what has left the back of your eyelids burning. Send pictures of visual trespass and peculiarities to copyeditor [at] sfreporter.com, subject "eyedropper."

Be on guard Santa Fe. You are being watched.
