"Bill Richardson would like to thank Barack Obama for the consideration, but ultimately, Richardson decided that he couldn't leave New Mexico and the wonderful deals . . . . . at New Mexico's Taco Bell locations! Bill Richardson Mmmmmmm, hungry."
