Video :: Richardson says goodbye to Commerce appointment

Today, Gov. Bill Richardson addressed reporters about *his* decision to back out the Commerce Secretaryship, amid an investigation into whether he was involved in illegal "pay to play" politics.



Like Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, also under investigation for pay-to-play politics, Richardson wouldn't answer reporters' questions about the investigation. However, Richardson successfully resisted the temptation to quote Rudyard Kipling.
