No matter how happy you were to see snow on the mountains or what kind of cozy weekend dreams you had under a blanket this winter, you have to admit that spring feels good. And if you were sick and tired of scraping ice and finding your other glove, bored to death of staying inside and just plain ready for it to end, you must be feeling the hope now.

With last weekend’s painful return of daylight saving time and next week’s arrival of the official first day of spring, this is also the time when we roll off the sofa and stretch, scratch our bellies and think about growth.  

We bring you a collection of stories to encourage this season’s care for your body, mind and spirit. There’s no way to hit on all that Santa Fe offers this holistic trio.
