Legislature’s special session ends with uncertainty and acrimony.
So…not so special.

New Mexico has 5th fastest rate for wind power.
What can we say? We’re full of hot air.

City annexations will add thousands of acres and residents, and will require increased labor and funding.
Council will consider numerous funding proposals to run the expanded city, including corporate sponsorship.

State Investment Officer Gary Bland quits before facing no-confidence vote.
And yet somehow we think we haven’t heard the last of him.

Swine flu is here with a vengeance.
As a result, politicians running for office have decided to substitute body slams for handshakes.

Winter weather is here.
At least it was 10 minutes ago and is expected back in about an hour.
