Best Sandwiches

…There Can Never Be Enough Sandwiches

Sometimes you just don’t want anything fussy or messy for lunch. You just want an egg salad sandwich on rye. And you want it delivered.

Mucho is Santa Fe’s favorite sandwich shop because it takes a simple thing—sandwiches—and does it very, very well. Egg salad is only the beginning. Sure, there’s a turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich, a reuben, a meatball sub, a BLT and a grilled cheese, but some of the most satisfying sandwiches are the less familiar ones. The New Orleans (barbecue pork and melted cheese) and the prime delight (roast beef, cream cheese, horseradish) are irresistible. But when a particular craving hits, we like the ability to make up our own sandwiches (grilled ham and cheese with green chile anyone?)

And hey, when was the last time you checked out the salads at Mucho? They’re huge! You’ll never miss the bread. So gather up the whole office, make a list and call it in.
