Add a Yorkshire terrier named Remy, dressed in a pink floral suit and pink pearls, and you have Nail Time, a pleasant, chic, smart, sexy place devoted to anything you want to do with the ends of your fingertips and toes. Furthermore, whatever you want done, it’ll be done sanitarily, owner Barbara Tran says. Sanitation and service are both great, but the pink-clad dog helps make the place memorable.
