Santa Fe Eavesdropper

June 10

ear-hear

Overheard at the Phillips 66 convenience store in Pojoaque one night. Lady comes running into the store and says: “I need a pack of Marlboro Lights but I’m in a hurry; my daughter’s in the car in labor.”

“‘Taco,’ why do they call the top of Canyon Road ‘Taco?’”
