OK, so real estate has developed a few charming rough edges recently. But if it looks cloudy on your financial horizon, Santa Fe Properties now has in-house financial services from the experts at Century Bank; it’s yet another example of the high degree of customized and personal service for which this real estate firm is known. Principal Broker Liz Cale, a fourth generation Santa Fe native, says, “We’re the largest locally owned and managed real estate firm in Santa Fe, but we have also managed to maintain a team-building, family culture. Our philosophy is based on a commitment to providing superior service. Our brokers are extensively involved in the local community.” Diversity has kept the company strong, despite the real estate slowdown. “We do everything and we have specialists in every range—commercial, residential, farm and ranch—at all price points,” Cale says. A central concept in Santa Fe Properties’ customer service ethic: Every client should be a client for life. “Not only are many of our clients repeat customers, but they are also our biggest source of referrals,” Cale says. That’s ultimately the most meaningful vote of all.
