There's at least one thing that can still bring us all together—the need for fun-based distractions that come in the form of things to do, places to go and people to see. Throw in the encroaching terror of winter (and the way the town kind of goes to sleep at 8:30) and there's your catalyst for getting to the good times while the getting's good. Oh, and they're also lighting up the Plaza for Christmas, and that's always pretty.
