OptumHealth Inc. is accused of fraud in
, and one employee has already pleaded no contest.
Journalist Justin Horwath also discovered a former OptumHealth employee pleaded no contest to filing false documents last year, but the case has been under seal.
The Las Cruces Sun-News reports, “A former aide who
