Body Café

By
There are several activities in which one can partake at Body: You can get a massage, take a yoga class or have a healthy and inventive meal. In fact, you can do all ***image1***three and pass a very pleasant afternoon in this lively, friendly urban spa and café-a place that makes you feel healthier the minute you walk in the door. At the café, Body offers a great menu of super-natural, organic sandwiches, salads, burritos, sushi, curries and more-all delicious. Favorites from the menu include the sushi, which comes in a variety of vegetarian offerings (avocado and vegetable; sundried tomato and artichoke heart) and is served with a raw bok choy salad. The Asian curry bowl is a hot and spicy lunch/dinner option and includes tofu and veggies in a zingy lemongrass-ginger-curry-coconut sauce. Body also offers a small but satisfying breakfast menu with omelets and burritos. But don't be afraid of the "raw" portion of the menu. If you've never tried raw food, Body is the place to start; everything from the lasagna to the pad thai may make a believer out of you. And if you want to start slow, try a smoothie, particularly the rich and spicy banana chai. Om!
