Look around town these days and it’s impossible to miss all the changes. The Railyard is just about done, Cerrillos is under heavy construction and the corners of sidewalks everywhere have been getting face-lifts. Mayor David Coss presents his “State of the City” address to fill us in on the obvious and not-so-obvious changes that are underway.
